Tonight is, or I should say was (it is after 1 am here), our last night in Geneva, Switzerland. During the day, we took a train an hour plus out of town and had a chance to visit Chateau de Chillon, thanks to Claudia’s parents (thank you, we really appreciated it!).
The castle used to be a keep and is surrounded by a natural mote, courtesy of Lake Geneva. Its origin dates back to the 15th century and its deceptively small appearance is exactly that, deceptive! I can tell you that we spent our afternoon walking through the various winding halls and pathways within the castle and if I didn’t know any better, I’d say we were walking through a part of Hoggwarts!
