Parisian Love

Sorry about the lack of updates, we’ve been busy mucking around in Paris.

Several things I can now say that I’ve done:

  • Paid ~$7.00 for a single glass of coke. (epic)
  • Confused and angered a gypsy by yelling, with a fear inducing frown, ‘Ba biddy boo biddy!’ after his colleague tried to scam us all but 1 min prior. (hilarious)
  • Rode around and discovered Paris at 11pm with little more than an inkling of direction. (exciting)
  • Passed wind at the very top of the Eiffel Tower. (relieving)
  • Caught the last subway home at ~1am in a foreign country. (also relieving)
  • Walked through 2km of pathway lined with the remains of some 6 million humans. (hexing)
  • Witnessed the most impressive display of compensation courtesy of Napoleon’s ginormous tomb. (breathtaking)

There’s so much more but my eyes are…

Looks like things have not changes much since 1997 when we paid $5 for a glass of water at Moulin Rouge. What can you do when youre thirsty, you gotta drink!!!!
Scary stuff walking amogst the dead, did anyone wake up or say hello!!!!
Is’nt it a beautifull view from the top of Eiffel Tower? You had an episode eh, I’m reminded of the good old Irish Blessing, “May the wind at your back always be your own”.
So I guess the museums are on tomorrow’s agenda. Aside from all the sight seeing, there are 3 things one must do in romantic Paris with the one you love:
    1) Have a leisurely lunch, on a patio at a restaurant along a downtown street.
    2) Enjoy a lovely dinner at a nice restaurant and make an evening of it.
    3) ……….
    Love to hear more!
